I think I should re-raise, but am I thinking of extraction here? If so, how much should it be. It's pot limit, so full pot? Or???

I remember villain is quite aggressive over a small sample of hands -- 8.0 (!)

I like seeing the donkbet into an aggressive player. You must decide whether he raised PF with AK and now has a TPTK or someother hand and is raising as he took the lead PF and will follow on the flop.

Pot-limit is not my strength especially when I'm not online lol but I would raise to $30 atleast and get the rest in on the turn regardless of the card. Had he not have been as agressive I would have just called and and poted the turn.

I know you said maximum extraction but I still think beacuse of his aggression playing it fast would be best. Assuming that you are an agressive player and this raise is something that would not be out of the ordinary.

push it to the (pot) limit. People don't fold.

Reraise, full pot. You want to extract the maximum vs 1pair hands, and it would really suck to see a scare card on the turn or river killing your action.

why is pot better than a smaller 3bet? I really disagree that it is.

About $35 which seems excessive imo. You fold out too many worse hands.
