Default [100NL] bottom set vs blinds on a TERRIBLE flop

What to do? I dont think that BB is doing this ever with a draw, because of the shortstack fish who is comitted to the pot. Is folding this too weak?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $25.50 ---> total fish, 62/3/0.36
BB: $110.10 ---> solid player, 19.8/14/3.4
UTG: $127.05
Hero (CO): $162.20
BTN: $133.90

Preflop: Hero is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.50</font>, BTN folds, SB calls $3.00, BB calls $2.50

Flop: ($10.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $10.00</font>, SB calls $10.00, <font color="red">BB raises to $40.00</font>, Hero???

in a raised pot there practically no flops (like 99.9% min( in which you dont want to get your money in.

2pr combos, he could have a draw here too, good equity against straight

only 2p i see that villain could have is 65(s) Since i have 2 fours its very unlikely that villain has a 2p combo with a four... Also a straight/flushdraw makes no sense at all, since he would be better af drawing to that with me in the pot....

so the range i put villain on to checkraise on this flop (with a comitted shortstacked fish) is:

top two, any set, nutstraight (second nuts seems unlikely since he isnt a loose player)

Is this range too small?

(again consider villain as a solid solid player)
