Does anyone just c/c here, looking back I see the only thing I might get value from betting is a lower flush but this really looks like a boat, is saving a bet here worth not v betting?

pf I mostly 3-bet. Some times call-c/r or just call and plan on showing down.

If the river hadn't paired the board, I'd c/r, but here I'd bet/call. I don't think he only has a lower flush after the turn cap. Two pair is very possible.

There is also the matter of T8. He could have it and he needs to consider that you might have it.

Do we really think he capped the turn in position with a set?

1. Starting hands that make sets are scarcer than usual on this board and none of them include a heart.

2. A set should be seriously scared after you 3bet the turn.

3. A fourth heart could spoil everything for him.

4. Calling usually lets him raise the river if he fills.

The odds are he hates this river as much as you do. Bet-call to prevent the free showdown.

I 3-bet pf a lot but a call is fine sometimes.

Flop/turn are standard for me.

I bet/call this river. Esp with no read. gogo K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] sometimes! There are plenty of other flush hands he can have (this is HU and he opened on button so basically all suited hearts are there, J9 is there, etc.)
