limper and villian check. i bet $70. limper folds and villian raises to $200

Villian could have set, flush draw, or various air/overcard combos i think.
What is the optimal play here?

Shove, would think he'd raise limpers in the CO with TT and maybe 99, so QJ or spades with an over seem like they can be in his range if he's changing gears.
