Default questions about trying to get some rake on the DL....

I have a question. Say I have an account at a poker site "X" with ~4 months of successful deposit by credit card but the account had been open for nearly 2 years. Unfortunately when I created the account I was unaware of rakeback offers. Would opening a new account in a direct familiy members name work?

I guess the question I am asking is that if i do open an account with a sister/fathers name would this ring alarm bells at poker site "x". Also would this be grounds for getting either of my accounts frozen? Thanks for the help.

Your relatives opening an account is perfectly above board. It is perfectly feasible that you have introduced your family to the game of online poker. Who plays on that account is another matter, but at the same time who is going to know?
