58 hrs

I haven't read through the entire thread, but I would bet I hold the record for this one, I once did 58 hrs straight at the Taj in AC about 15 yrs ago. Sat down on Friday night at 7pm and didn't get up until Monday morning 5am. I don't know how I did it, I don't think I could even do 10 hrs now.

28 hours at 1-2 at foxwoods. My worse session to date. I knew it was going to be a long day when in the first hour I lost AA V KK and top set to a rivered gutshot and I chopped a flopped boat. Once I got stuck it just went worse and worse. Left $750 lighter,in hind sight could of been a lot more expensive. I think the $100 max buy in saved me that day.

I've done 14-16 hour sessions numerous times. My play most certainly goes to sh*t at hour 10 or 11. I have no clue how anyone can play well for three days straight. (i.e. the stories you hear from Chip Reese and Doyle about back in the day, when they'd start on Thursday and finish on Sunday.)

About 14 hours or so.

Maybe my ass isn't leathery enough yet, but I start losing much focus after about 4 hours and I am itching to do something else. I noticed that my play goes way down at this point and try to get out of the game by 4-5 hours. My profitability goes south then. I have tried to limit my sessions to shorter sessions now.

My longest session was a whopping 8 hours. Though I should be setting a new record for myself tomorrow in AC. I'll be getting there around noon, and got no place to go until Wednesday morning, so I'll just be playing at the Borgata until then.

14 Hrs

I played 4/8 for about 8 hrs and was - 200 or so, then as I was walking our I noticed a 3/6 table with a couple of donators on it so i sat down and played another 6. Ended up about -50.

Isn't that funny how most our stories end up with smaller "winnings" then we can do in much shorter sessions.

I think that gives us some insight about general deviation and how we must be focused and thinking about the game moreso then playing in it to truely maximize each situation.

I guess playing because we love it, can be somewhat counterproductive.

I wanna go to the Bike right now.... or better yet, north to the Chumash. Its a quicker trip and has much looser games.

I agree with the shorter sessions theory....seems if I am leaving the casino when the sun is rising....I am always just getting back even for the night...shorter 3-4 sessions net me 4-5 BB/H playing 6/12 or 8/16 now... just my $.02 worth...

24 hour Winstar 6/12 and 4/8 session which netted me about $800. I usually played 2/5 nl for about 12 hours, but I felt adventurous that day.

Just about 10 hours.

With all these stories of people falling asleep, a few months back I was in LV for a bachelor party. We hit a few clubs and while everyone crashed, I decided to play cards. Tired from the flight and partying, I passed out at the table. Dude to my right wakes me up and asks me not to drool on the table. =)

32-36 hours with minimal food breaks at the Wynn.
