Default Who else was tilted....

when Doyle Brunson laid down the 10 high flush to that retard of a human being they call Jamie Gold. I was excited as hell to see him lose a $1mil pot and was torn up inside when Doyle folded. I mean honestly, you have the 3rd nuts vs the dumbest, most bluff happy opponent and you fold? Not to mention the fact that you can pretty much discount Jx of spades cause he bets that flop every time. Just a terrible fold

my head asploded for one. i realize that jamie gold was giving off HUGE strength, and doyle read him correctly for that. jamie geniunely thought he had the best hand. the thing is, if he had 32ss he probably would have thought that as well. or any flush in between obv. he's just not that good. if a player like jamie happens to have the nuts in that spot, and doyle has what he had, jamie's just probably going to get paid off. that's it. but the fact that he could have a lot of hands worse than doyle's, but still think that he's ahead (and therefore give off that strength) makes it an easy call for doyle i believe.

yeah trambo this really knocked my socks off, I mean the only thing I can think of is that Doyle is possibly underrolled and wanted to get it in vs. one of the weaker players (i.e. gold or the canadian dude) with stone cold nuts.
