Default 30 NL - 6max - 2 pair fistpump?

I'm playing 21/15/2 villain in the hand is bad loose about 60/14 but only a few dozen hands on him. I guess he can have T8 but i dont think he plays it like this, 100bb call all day right? Lets say we are 300bb behind, we still call him down?

This is a weird hand. Raising the flop is about as standard a play as there is, IMO. We need to continue repping a big hand. As played it is tough. I think I can find a fold but it would be much easier to read his hand if we had raised the flop.
