I can find a fold here. The board is dry; can't imagine he's putting you on a draw.

If he were more aggro I'd be happy to 3bet here but a minraise from a 35/10/1 usually means he's hit something. If you call you're going to be playing for stacks and If you raise you're only getting called by hands that have you beat which I think is quite likely here.

I'll 3bet this if his AF is like 2+ (given a VPIP of 35).

I think your descibed range is pretty spot on often enough against this villan to make a fold the reasonable solution.

I have really hard time folding here, does he do this with QK/AQ? I think he could to this even with 9T as trying to get a free river? I shove it at flop since so many cards at turn could kill our hand and put you in [censored] position.

that was my thinking, he could do this with any Q or 9T plus if we call and a A/Q/J falls we're in a [censored] spot, 3betting almost puts him in so i showed, and he folded.
