Yes you are spewing. If he is as bad as you say he is calling with a seven, any over PP, a three, at best 45. He is folding here a lot but I just don't see the point in this.

ALso, when you know you have a over-aggro donk in the CO, raising A5s UTG does not seem optimal. Calling a 3bet from him seems far from it.

You need a stronger read which you may or may not have... is he 3betting every raise with ATC and potting the flop no matter? That's about the only way your play could be profitable. Probably not the case as if he were then likely gonna have higher than 50vpip.
