I have 3 cards
Playing in a usual friendly 20/40 game at the Borgata last Saturday night.
There's a bunch of folds and the Cutoff raises, button folds, sb folds, and I toss in four chips from the big blind to call. I place a white chip on my two cards and the flop is dealt. I check call the flop. I bet the turn he calls. I bet the river he calls. I reach around my chips to grab my cards and somehow feel that there are now three cards in front of my chips all face down. I say "wait! I'm not doing anything but I have three cards." The dealer doesn't know what to do. I say "I know what I'm supposed to have. I'm supposed to have K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]" She calls the floor who looks a little dumbfounded. Someone attests that I had scooped up all three only at showdown and that prior to the river the random card had been seperate from my two cards. What is the ruling? |
