We prefer someone who goes to the University of Amsterdam or has any other long term plans. The three of us are planning to stay there for a couple of years. It would be convenient if the 4th person has the same idea.
As for RapDurr style: we are going to get a nice TV and create an 'office' but that's it. No ridic ballin stuff.
