this apartment is actually every cheap. We got sea+habourviews from the panoramic windows, but its like 500m. away.
It's about 400.000$ish for this one.

If you move up 3 streets the price doubles.

Only "problem" about the ones with a really nice oceanview, is that they are not very well build. Ugly housing, bad interiorlayout etc. But i'm really happy with this one.

flats are general not very big down here, so this one is actually consideret a quite large one..

Also, you are not seeing the hallway, 2 extra bedrooms, master bathroom, balconies, closet, washroom etc.
is bigger irl as well.. but no its not like HUGE!
