Re: k10o bb
[ QUOTE ]
If he's so tight, bet out. He'll fold pocket under pairs. If he raises, expect to see an ace or two pair. Then call, fold turn ui. [/ QUOTE ] this is awful advice |

" but c/c river if turn is club " this is interesting. [/ QUOTE ] it's interesting, but in this case i dont think there's any merit to it. the line mentioned has more merit in HU matches. |

Re: k10o bb
why c/f river... many players two-barrel and then a crying river bluff. If I fold Id fold the turn.

Re: k10o bb
I usually check-call all streets, including the river. I see that nobody likes the call on the river. It's a leak? I think it's not good if opponents know we fold second pair on the river with regularity... Is that bad? Perhaps the button is value betting a king all 3 streets (or bluffing if he knows we can fold a pair of kings)

Re: k10o bb
What about check-raising the flop and leading the turn?
If he calls the turn, we can be pretty sure he has an ace (although maybe he might have a hand like KQ/QQ). I like check calling it down, but I wanted to throw out check-raising the flop and betting the turn to try getting out a hand that might out draw us on the river (even if they only have a few outs). |

Re: k10o bb
Anything other than check calling the flop is bad, unless you are against a huge spewy blufftard and are trying to induce further bluffing action.
