I immediately hated myself for not 3-betting preflop

I normally re-raise PF vs. an unknown player.
Rest seems fine.

I 3bet preflop here vs a tag.

By just calling I think you played perfectly on all streets .

Postflop your hand is completely standard. Thats probably why you havent got much response.

Preflop you should consider 3-betting as mentioned by others.

I tend to want to 3-bet my K/Q-high hands since it gives me an extra way to win (repping an A) and I won't just be passively calling down UI nearly as often as when I have Ax. We also increase the chance of getting of a free card at some point if we so choose.

As played, seems standard.

You need to 3-bet because your hand plays well versus SB's range of hands, plus you have position on the SB and want to take maximum advantage of this. The rest of the hand looks fine.
