Just call the turn. His weak bet means that he's scared of the flush (and will fold all worse hands but probably not any better ones) or that he has the flush and is trying to build the pot. Either way, in general, though anything is possible in a 4/180, you're best here just calling so he fires ahead with nothing and you minimise your losses when he has the flush or a bigger 10.

I call the turn. Any raise is going to get called. Don't overplay your top pair right here by jamming the turn like that. I can't see any hand you beat calling your bet.
