Folding preflop might be best considering the size of BB's stack: your implied odds are particularly crappy, since you can't win much from him if you hit well. Also, against a three-bettor (an OOP short-stacked three-bettor, no less) your folding equity will be really low.

Considering stack sizes, I don't mind pushing the flop: it's your last chance at folding equity, and considering that your hand is nothing but a draw right now you wouldn't mind being the one to put in the last bet (and taking whatever folding equity comes along with it).

As played, you're getting a bit over 5.5-to-1 odds on a turn call, assuming you can get villain all-in on the river (and you can -- he's short enough that he can't possibly fold to a river bet). That makes smooth-calling the turn thinly +EV: check or fold the river if you miss your flush, and push if you hit.
