Default Critique my Workout Routine

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: abs
Wednesday: biceps
Thursday: triceps
Friday: Chest
Saturday: abs
Sunday: biceps

I don't care about legs. I just want to have a big upper body

Diet:
I eat twice a day because I don't have time to eat breakfast. For lunch I usually eat a hamburger or a pastrami sandwich. I now it's hgh in fat but its also high in protein and I just care about getting huge. For dinner I'll usually make a burrito or something.

I've been doing this routine for about 6 months but I still dont have really nice abs like Brad Pitt in Fight Club and I'm not that much bigger. OOT: what is wrong?

I know practically nothing, but your diet is awful. Breakfast increases metabolism, go for 4-5 small meals daily.

I agree that your diet is not of high quality. You are not going to get abs by eating hamburgers. What excercies are you doing when you lift?

I had a friend in high school who did this workout, minus triceps, for about three years, at which point the curvature of his spine became enormously painful and he had to spend a year working out just his back.

This is a funny joke because it is what 90% of the people in the gym do.
