I know preflop is horrible, just mixing it up i guess. Flop is standard, turn minbet horrible? i think in the river its going in.

are you working at a supermarket? weird betsizes - but ok.

flop is quite good for you - i would c-bet here.

turn bet is too low - you got your set finally so you want to get your money in - i'd make it at least 1/2 pot size.

river bet could also have been a little larger.

I don't think it's horrible to raise this preflop, but you should have raised it more (approx. 1200-1500) you don't want to encourage action with 77. This is the stage where you can get away with stealing the blinds as everyone has tightened up considerably. You are representing strength and give yourself a shot at stealing the blinds and antees. If you get re-raised you can be pretty sure you're facing a monster and can easily fold. I know limping 77 UTG is usually the standard, but at this stage I actually like your raise.

The turn I think you make a nice 2/3 pot size bet.
