2p2 Equivalent Real Estate Investing Forums?

I am looking for a good REI forum to use and abuse. Anyone know what's the equivalent of 2p2 for real estate investing?

More specifically, anyone know of a good RE forum for Canadians? Or for the Vancouver area even?

I did a lot of searching and so much of RE sites are complete crap. I did find jurock.com which has some decent RE forums for Canada.

Depends what your interests are. Some forums deal with buy and hold and some forums are mainly for flippers.

I only know the ones for flippers.

Hey debater, I remember reading somewhere a while ago that you are a bank manager of some sort?

If you still have ties a retrieval or collection department of a bank you could get some powerful lists....

creonline IMO is old school flipping.

I don't hang around forums too much, but I go to reiclub.com the most often which has some very good articles as well as quality discussion.
