Betfair customer support
Got an offer from Betfair about 1500 US dollar bonus and 30%rakeback, using promotion code PC1500. Made a deposit but recived no info about the status of the offer, so I contacted customer support and asked them to verify that everything was ok. I then recived first a reply talking about me having to play for months to recive rakeback. I replyed to them that this was not what was mentioned in the offer. And then I get a new reply, which is just plain weird - talking about a completly different offer.
Has anyone else here experienced anything like this with betfair? My trust in the company is really starting to lack...
