ULTIMATEBET.COM TERMS OF SERVICE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT 13. FORFEITURE, ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND CONFISCATION. The Company reserves the right to cancel your UltimateBet account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your UltimateBet account in any of the following circumstances: 1) If you have more than one active account at UltimateBet; 2) ... 3)... Do you think UB will take action versus user with multi-accounts?

Thats a pretty scary clause, but the rakeback part of what you are discussing is not new. If you were previously linked to an affiliate, opening a second account under a new one will not work [/ QUOTE ] Exactly, UB never allowed you to create a new account for rakeback. They only allowed you to have 3 account. Thanks for posting this though as I'm sure many of us thought you could still have 3 accounts.

Record response time from UB. I closed my account long ago because my wife started playing there and got rakeback. That is why they mention that I can get a new account. Closing the account was as easy as an email. In the past UB allowed 3 accounts per person. I assume the "active" part of the term would mean you can close an account and reopen one as their email to me would point out. I doubt that will get you rakeback though as it often did not work in the past.
