Default NL100 - Bottom 2

Just sat down, don't know much about villain other then the 30 or so hands I have on him as a general TAG. Is my line fine here?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

Hero ($100)
UTG ($99.80)
MP ($133.67)
CO ($276.29)
Button ($109.86)
SB ($118.82)

Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
2 folds[/i]</font>, CO calls $1,1 fold[/i]</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($3.50) , , (3 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero bets $2</font>, CO raises to $4</font>, SB folds, Hero calls $2.

Turn: ($11.50) 2 players)</font>
Hero bets $7.5</font>, CO raises to $15</font>, Hero calls $7.50.

River: ($41.50) 2 players)</font>
Hero bets $25...

When he raised the turn again I figured he probably has the KQ, but his range still includes draws and top pair draws. I bet the river for value because of those missed pair/draw hands, if he thought I was drawing etc..

okay so it wasn't very well played I take it. Yes I guess I could've bet flop harder...how's my turn bet.

As for river, yes it is consistent for him to simply minraise that as well considering...and yes I probably would've called, however I should've obviously played river differently, how would you recommend?
