Default Bonus deductions?

[RAF link removed] was just wondering what this statement means.

NOTE: For Bodog, Cake, Full Tilt, & Ultimate Bet: bonuses have already been deducted from MGR above.

Basically what is this bonus refering to and more specifically how does Absolute Poker handle this?

Nice sneaky way to post a RAF link. 3 day ban for you. I hope nobody clicked it before I got to it. I will also be notifying your rakeback provider as I am sure they do not tolerate that kind of spam. It makes them look bad.

So ya, my question still stands.
If you can find it in your heart to forgive me I'd really appreciate an answer.

Bonuses taken on many sites get deducted from your total rake which is then multiplied by your rakeback rate. ie: a
$100 bonus will reduce your total rake by $100 and your rakeback by $25. Now take your banning like a man!

Maybe an easier way to explain it: If bonuses are deducted, you get rakeback over Rake minus Bonuses. So if you generate $500 in rake in a particular month, but get $200 in bonuses, then you get rakeback for $300 of that amount. If you have 30% rakeback, then you get $90 rakeback in that month.
