Default West Coast snow skiing trip - nice resorts young couples?

Trying to plan a ski trip out west for my wife and I (we're both 26) and a few other couples to share a nice cabin/condo for a week or so. Can anyone give any good reviews of resorts in Colorado? Wyoming? Utah? I've searched around a bit on skicolorado.com. A nice resort with maybe a few bars within walking distance, live music, and some nice views. A casino/poker room would be nice too

We've been skiing on the east coast, but it's mostly ice/soupy snow. Never been out west.

Thinking maybe Crested Butte? Winter Park? Thanks for the reviews/tips in advance.

Tahoe. Everything you want, including the casinos.

Better to go the week after Thanksgiving or after the new year? (obv. anything in between is super expensive)
