Is it possible to save all the players notes and then add them again, as i need to re-install the client?

If so, where are they located and how do i do this, if it's more than just copy/paste?

Just save that file. I'm not sure if it even deletes it if you uninstall/reinstall, it might just leave it in the folder, but save that file to be sure.

In the future, try searching first. This has been asked and answered many times.
