5/10 - 33 in SB flops set

Flop: (6 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 players) Hero bets, BB calls, UTG raises, UTG+1 folds, MP1 3-bets, CO folds, Hero caps, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 calls. Ok so rock is now calling 3 bets when it's back to him capped. What else could he have besides a flush draw? Turn: (11 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players) Hero ? |

Re: 5/10 - 33 in SB flops set
8/2/1 could also have JJ that doesn't like to raise it out of the blinds and doesn't like the flushy board.
I think I would bet-call on this turn. I expect the flush should settle down at least one of the other active parties. |

Re: 5/10 - 33 in SB flops set
he could have 45, or 2 pair. Combine this with the fact that you have outs to a full house means you need to bet to protect your hand from a lone heart draw, an ace, or 2 pair.

Ok, so what if we bet and get raised? Call one and check / call the river?

BB is 8/2/1 [/ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Ok so rock is now calling 3 bets when it's back to him capped. What else could he have besides a flush draw? [/ QUOTE ] Just because the BB has an 8% VPIP, that doesn't mean s/he is a rock postflop. In fact, an aggro factor of 1 with that low of a VPIP probably means s/he calls way too much. Bet the turn, call a raise, check/call the river UI. -Grendel |
