As someone that has loaned [censored] money and been repaid, I can attest that he is absolutely a person that will pay everyone as soon as he is able to. This kind of speculation by third parties strikes me as unnecesasary.

Explain to me what you mean by speculation? I'm not suggesting he won't pay people back. The fact is that there are people who to the best of my knowledge he hasn't paid back or even communicated with about paying people back. 42it, Obviously it's not exactly the same as Vig, but my point is that 2p2 typically doesn't treat people who bounce with other's money with kid gloves.

He's not out of line. If any other poster had done this it would be open season on them, and you wouldn't be defending someone you aren't buddy-buddy with. I know it's tough to hear your friend did something rather scummy, but at least make an attempt to be objective.

EDIT: Is it an unreasonable thing to bring up? No, probably not. But the one universal truth of that sort of thread, from what I have seen, is that it always makes everybody involved look stupid.
