I'd hit it, but god she used to look 4x as good. I actually went to the theater to see Mean Girls. She heeds to gain about 20 pounds and she would be back to normal.

She doesn't look awful, but she has lost all muscle tone. Those arms don't look healthy, but like empty sacks of skin. That's the problem when you try to make diet do all the work of keeping you in shape(or barfing) instead of exercise. You may lose the fat but you lose the muscle that gives you shape, too. And you wind up looking like deflated hose.

As to the skin, she's a redhead. Her skin always looked like that; it just hasn't been photoshopped or covered by make-up yet. She likes to be in the sun, too, so it's only going to get splotchier over time.
