I definitely don't put him on AQ given pre-flop action and i'm ok with allowing him to draw to two hearts even if he happens to have AQ

People don't usually fold top pair in reraised pots fwiw. And calling is incredibly bad here.

Raise, and make it more than $25-30 like a couple have said. Make it 45 or so.
