Default Which riverbet looks stronger?

3-bet pot vs 18/14 TAG regular. I consider him tough, and he is very much adjusting his play to me, i.e. 3-betting a lot wider than vs others, and calling my 3-bets lighter.

The pot is 427 on the river when Hero is last to act. I am trying to figure out which bet looks stronger? Or is there no real difference?

Shove, you get called close to the same % of the time with both bet sizes.

I think shoving the turn is probably best though given history
