AKs in a $6.50 turbo on full tilt
Very early (obviously). Villain has not played many hands, but this is his first BB. Table is playing pretty tight preflop for a 6.50 turbo. How do I respond to his CRAI?

Easy call. You see weaker aces/flush draws a lot more often than you will see a 4 here.

Thank J-P. That will help me sleep better. He in fact had J4s, and ended up with quads.

Re: AKs in a $6.50 turbo on full tilt
I agree easy call. If you don't call this at these stakes you are giving up considerable EV. Now things change based on opponent, but there aren't very many oppenents out there that should be a fold consideration. Most players at these stakes would never push with a 4 on the flop. They would wait until turn or river. On the other hand there are a ton of crazies that will push with a weaker ace, draw, or some silly cards. You will see a 4 from time to time but that is no reason to fold.

Re: AKs in a $6.50 turbo on full tilt
u can never fold here. at this lvl he can have ak/Aq/aj/a10 and even ace rag (i have seen it often enough) and a flush draw so u have to push. standard !! because how often will he have aces here? the way he played it i never worry about aces in this spot
