Get it done, then report back. One random support idiot doesn't mean you can. He was probably high when the memo came through on P2P.

"Why isn’t my account certified anymore?

US member accounts have been temporarily de-certified to revoke Peer-to-Peer capabilities. These accounts should be automatically re-certified in the next 10 business days, but Peer-to-Peer transfers will no longer be available to US members."

Is there any time frame to let us know how to get our money back?

Per VIP phone support disallowing p2p was a "business decision." I was curious why inside the US p2p's were prohibited. "Business decision" was the answer I got.

This is the response I got:

"As of 4:00 PM MST today all US accounts have been temporarily un-certified to remove the option of peer to peer transactions as to prevent US clients from using Neteller to gamble online. This was a very large issue that needed to be dealt with as there were many clients being frauded of their funds. In these circumstances if a client processes a Peer to Peer transaction and the recipeint does not provide the funds to a client Neteller holds zero liability once the funds are transferred by Peer to Peer. The option we have chosen is not to prevent clients from receiving their funds but to prevent any such fraudulent activity from occuring. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

Ha! Ha! I think I would rather have taken my chances with one of the non-USA folks who were trying to help us.

If your money isn't "Pending", do they allow you to move it to your NT ATM card?
