Yup good advice.
As played, I guess I gotta fold. His line doesn't makes sense if he's got worse then 88. I don't really see him checking this flop with air. Have you been playing nitty btw? I guess it's possible that he checks flop with a jack and raise small on turn for value+ free showdown. If that's the case a push will probably make him fold. A low two pair is also possible.

Villians flop check after RR preflop always terrifies me.
