I don't like raising intending to fold to a shove. 5T, 88, TT are unlikely considering the preflop action, I think you can put one of them on 5xxx and the other on a bad draw most of the time.

Raise/call shove > call >> raise fold for me.

Preflop whatever, you should make this call if he plays particularly badly postflop not just because he is 68/23 pre.
