Fish Oil
I have just read that some fish oils have been refined so that they are contamination free. Can anyone recommend a fish oil that is mercury/contamination free? Have if you used it and if so what changes have you seen?

Re: Fish Oil
Carlsons is pretty popular...I prefer Biotest's flameout. No noticeable changes.

Re: Fish Oil
flax seed oil contains an omega 3 fatty acid. fish oil contains an omega 3 fatty acid, but its not actually essential. Our bodies can make the fish oil fat using the omega 3's from flax seed, but we do a very poor job of it.
fish oil doesn't have vitamin D. Some recommend that you take vitamin E along with it though, because fish oil gives off a lot of free radicals which are bad for you, and vitamin E is an antioxidant. cod liver oil is the one with vitamin a and d. |
