Default Rate these food options

So for lunch probably 3 days a week at work I eat one of these things:

1. chipotle steak or chicken burrito w/ rice, beans, salsa, cheese (no sour cream, no guac)

2. chipotle bowl with the same

3. Chik-fil-a breaded chicken sandwich

4. Chik-fil-a breaded chicken nuggets

5. Whole wheat bagel sandwich with a chicken breast, lettuce, bacon, cheese, tomato and honey mustard.

To cover the other relevant details, I'm lifting 5 days a week, active, trying to build some muscle but also eat clean enough to hopefully lose (or not put on) any extra fat. I know those things all have lots of protein, but does the rest (cheese, breaded/fried, bacon, etc) out way the good?

So I guess on a scale of 1/10, how GOOD are those choices for lunch time at work?

Number 5 is excellent for a workout day, still good for a rest day. Everything else isn't very good - not terrible, but definitely not something you want to eat everyday.

Hmm, I guess I'll be getting number 5 more often then. I'm not sure what else is good and healthy to be eating around there. I guess losing the rice (getting the taco's I guess) from Chipotle might be OK.

What about the bottled protein juice drinks w/ 30 grams of protein or whatever? Tons of carbs and fruit and stuff and I imagine they're pretty bad....

Number 5 sans bacon and honey mustard. The Chipotle bowl would be OK without rice or cheese.
