Starting to get more serious, Poker Tracker help please.

I am new to taking poker seriously and just got PT. I am having no problems with getting the ring game statistics to import from Poker Stars, but for some reason, I can't get the games from FTP to do the same.

I have followed the instructions followed right from the "help" menu. I am pretty sure it is an issue with FTP still not saving the hands in the folder I have specified.

What gives? Any suggestions or others have similar problems?

If you are running vista make sure you are running as admin. By right clicking on PT and click "run as adminstrator"

I am running as admin.

I believe the problem is something in FTP. I have them going to the default hand history folder but none of them are being saved even after I have checked the box. Should I direct this question to FTP Support? Any other suggestions before I do?

I had a problem saving notes on FTP. I have vista. I emailed support and they were able to guide me through it, so that's what I would recommend.

head on over to the poker tracker forums and do a quick search. everything i evah wanted to know about pokertracker... pat taught me.

my cheese says it isn't a prob w/ftp. it's a missed heckbox or something.
