I like calling better. You have a lot less pot equity than you did on the flop so you need a lot more fold equity than you did to make this plus ev.

I keep it simple and just call, and VB if I hit.

Unlikely that villain is bluffing here, and a 3B won't make him go away.

with AF like that, he is rarely doing this with anything he will fold to a 3bet, could easily be a horrifically played set or something

this is my standard line with a straight draw OR and flush draw, but given added equity and his huge range i just wanted to see if anyone thought there was value in a raise here.
