Default 99 vs short stack shove

In $50NL ,I raise to $2 with 99 get one caller and short stack BB shoves for $9.50 more. I only have limited stats on BB but seems like a short stack nit.
Assuming cold caller folds, which I thought would be the case, do I have enough ev to call vs BB range? ie, what is the push range for your typical short stacker? 99 vs TT+,ak,aq is 37.3% which is close. This was on Ipoker which seems to have a lot of short stackers at the $50NL level. Basically would like to assign a typical range for players who are tight preflop and are using a short stack strategy. Anyone have any clue what the preflop range for these players is?
