Hey guys I love poker. After about 20k hands of breakeven BS split between 2500nl and 1000nl, I decided to start a 50k hand challenge, all at 1000nl. My goal is to win 50k. I started last week and the first 4 or 5k hands were pretty frustrating and I was up about one buyin. But yesterday I had about a nine hour session, ending with 13k at one table, 4k at another, and 7.5k at a third. I was in for abour 5500 total, so a huge 19 buyin upswing in a matter of about 4k hands. Awesome.

hey nixon, broadband only costs 60 or 70 a month depending on who you are using. I use WiFi which is way faster than dial up and Tilt sux for me. Actually, I can't even get the deposit screen to work, which may not be a bad thing these days.

Just curious, isen't 55% VPIP from SB slightly conservative? I do not play cash but in my HU SNG I have 67% from SB.

Listen, I work all day and have no time to see up PT to compute these damn stats. I am not computer savy by any means, is it really that simple. Willing to throw someone some $$ to help me out in this regard.

FYI...I bought PT all DL just need to get running smoothly. PM me if you would thanks fellas

I think so, basing off my play from memory. I think a big part of this though is who I am playing. At 100 and 200nl I played full stax indiscrimantely because most full stacks suck at either limit. At 400nl + however, specifically 600nl+ I'm playing a lot of short stax, which means i'm not opening as often with ATC...so I think that has brought my sb vpip down a bit. At 400nl I will play most of the full stax, excpet a few regs...and generally the regs dont sit with each other anyways...but at like 600 and 1k nl i usually like to pick off the 20-50bb stax (or anyone who buys in for less than 100bb and only sitting one table, usually a sign of a weak player)...as the game selection there does start to get much tougher (as far as finding sub-par 100bb stack players).

I do know I have leaks and adjustments I want to make...I do too want to play more full stax at the higher limits...but it's honestly somewhat pointless to play other regs and try and fight over a few bb winning sesh (or avoiding just tilting off money) when you can play a few short stax and be guarenteed money more or less.

any of this make sense, or no?
