Default 1/2nl commerce pocket pair in LP

i'm wondering. at the commerce 1/2nl game, the max buy-in is capped at 40 dollars, leaving players with 20BB to work with - very very shortstacked

say i find a mid pocket pair (7s through 10s) in LP with several limpers in front of me. is it more +ev to raise and look to get all in on the flop? or to limp and look for set value?

it seems like raising and making myself committed is a bit wreckless but on the flip side, the sooner i can have chips to work with, the more +ev the rest of my stay at commerce can be.

I don't like playing for set value so shallow. The reason playing for sets is profitable is you can get paid off so many bb if you hit vs an overpair.
