Default NL200 My combo draw bricks, now what?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $238.22
Hero (BB): $271.08
UTG: $184.40
MP: $262.35
CO: $216.90
BTN: $230.45

Reads: <font color="blue">Villain hasn't been around the table too long but he's your typical loose passive party donk. Not to any extreme though.</font>

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $8.00</font>, MP folds, CO calls $8.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $6.00

Flop: ($25) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $18.00</font>, UTG calls $18.00, CO folds

Turn: ($61) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $48.00</font>, UTG calls $48.00

River: ($157) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $66.00</font>, Hero calls $66.00

Pretty lost throughout this whole hand. I think that bet/3bet AI is best on the flop, but past that I'm pretty lost. Help plz

More talking about the turn play, the river is interesting in that I hit but can't be confident that I'm ahead.

How do we respond to a bet? Halfpot we can call I think, anything above that I really don't know what to do.
