Default Can democracy survive in Iraq?

Questions for college (university for those who aren't in the greatest country since ever) essay. I understand that this is vague but I don't want to limit the discussion.. Go nuts.

You wouldn't by any chance be doing this because you have a homework assignment on this topic, would you?

Edit: Just reread your post, and it seems that is, in fact, exactly what you are doing. We're not here to do your homework for you, and as a former history major myself in college, you're really wasting your money if you go through college like this. Plus, twoplustwo forums will come up with most automated anti-plagiarism search software, so I'm really doing you a favor by locking this.
