Default Where\'s the line when it comes to PMs?

A regular in the STTF asked me if a PM he received was ban worthy.

Apparently the two posters have a bit of a history. Kind of trolling each other. In the specific thread that sparked this PM, the STTF regular asked the guy sending the PM what the highest stakes he played was.

They proceed to argue over who is the better player and then this PM is sent.

Title: Irony

I don't want to be involved in private conversations unless there's evidence of spam or real harrasment. This particular case doesn't warrant our involvement at this point.

Well, someone already banned him for it. Must have sent the same PM to someone else.

We may never know though, because there are no notes.

I got him for 14 days.

There are notes on the ban reason, just not on his user account. Apparently he bragged to the poster (Daddy Warbucks, let's name names here) that PM-ed me that he had multiple accounts. Probably should just switch it to a prema ban.

That said, I was told the guy pm-ed him a picture of a penis, which I assume was a real penis and not ascii art. I would consider that enough, this not so much, but then given the poster, I'm not sure the world is harmed by him being banned anyway.
