Default 50nl, turn gets CRed, but i have the right odds to call, yes?

Villians stats don't really matter, im just looking for whether I have the correct odd's to call. What is the actual math process do I go through when calculating whether this call is +EV

Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $64
MP: $6.65
CO: $32.70
Hero (BTN): $63.65
SB: $29.25
BB: $58.25

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG folds, MP calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, Hero raises to $3, SB folds, BB calls $2.50, 2 folds

Flop: ($7.25) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $4.50, BB calls $4.50

Turn: ($16.25) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $11, BB raises to $24, Hero?????

Count your outs, I doubt an ace is good, so we have 9 outs. With the Four by Two rule, we have around 18-20% equity.

There's 24 + 11 + 4.5 + 4.5 + .5 +.5 + 3 + .25 + 3 = 51.25, and we have to call 13. 13:51 = 1:4 = 20%. So we do have odds to call if we think he's gonna stack off on the river.

52 in the pot 13 to call. Pot odds are 4/1. You need 4/1 to break even.
If you hit and get money in on the river it is +EV

we're calling 13 into 50, so getting 3.84:1. Presuming the 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] aren't clean outs we have 7 outs that means we hit a heart 1 out of 6.5 times, correct?

But factoring in his remaining stack on the river its fine yeah?

I'd count the board-pairing hearts as 1/2 outs because we can't be absolutely certain he has a set. So even with 8 outs we're getting close to enough odds to call if we get paid off decently well on the river (we should if he has a big hand)
