Congrats.
Unfortunately, I'm accomplishing the same thing by filing Bankruptcy. I bought 4 homes last year, the real estate crash in CA killed me... [x] Lost $240,000 CASH investing in real estate, lost all the down payments I put down [brag (i had $240k at 23 years old)/beat (lost it all) combo] Any whom, we should celebrate together, let's throw a huge party, you put half on your card and I'll put half on mine. Serious note, congrats man, debt is a

That's messed up... I didn't realize Cal real estate crashed to the point where investors were going bankrupt? Have you considered suing HGTV's house flipping shows for false advertising of the current market?
