I would suggest working out or doing some sort of physical exercise before playing a session. Ridding your body of its natural endorphins will help stay calm. I currently doing research in aggressive behavior which correlates well with behavior inhibition "tilting". Yoga may help your situation but is rather hard to get in the habit of doing and results are typically found in the long run. I would focus more on your ability to let things go. This is often done through various techniques which I can show you if interested. It can also be achieved through self awareness, what most people refer to as "zen" or various other names that really just mean self awareness. These feelings are not easy to overcome but they can be done, and your game as well as other aspects of your life will improve.

Most tilt coaches will teach you how to tilt less, or even worse, how to not tilt at all.
I will teach you how to tilt in the right ways, for example, calling 25k preflop with K7o and hitting a K on the flop vs QQ is a perfect case of tilt paving the way to riches.
