Default Caesar\'s LV Poker Room Review

I was in Vegas for business and I usually go to LV 5 to 6 times per year. On Friday I played 2/5 at the Belagio. I experienced the usual arroagance of the floor staff and witnessed whining dealers. Chip runners took forever as new players and bustouts just bought chips from the big stacks to keep the game going. The action was good so there was at least one reason to play there.
Saturday and Sunday I played at Caesar's Palace.
WHat a difference in attitude. They actually act like they are happy to have you there to play! You are seated and immediately brought chips. Customer service seems to be job 1.
I witnessed two incidents of floor staff complimenting the dealer for a good job or decision on the floor. All the dealers were competent and seemed pleased to be there.
I suppose highrollers will not find big games there but for 1/3 to 5/10, I highly recommend Caesar's.

Thanks for this review. I will be staying there all week next week and planned on giving their poker room a spin.

It's the same. The players dont really change from room to room at low limits or low nl games such as 1/2 and 2/5.

The only reason I don't play exclusively at Caesars Palace is because they know have a jackpot drop for their 1-2 and 2-5 no-limit games (and small limit games).

Also, Caesars has the best food court on the Strip. I especially like the turkey deli and rotisserie chicken places.

Plus the Harrah's high rake.

Where is it? They keep changing that place around so much I can't keep track.

The food court has been in the same place for quite a while. If you enter from the Forum Shops, it's about 20 yards in on your right.

I believe the turkey dinner (lots of turkey) with two big sides is now $10. The rotisserie chicken might be $12 (also with two big sides). Those are reasonable prices by Strip standards.

I also like the pork fried rice at the Chinese place ($9). The pizza is reasonably good.

They've also got places for hamburgers, wraps, clam chowder(?), a salad bar, and probably something else I'm forgetting.
