Default Weird Calldown

The main read I have on ths guy is that he has been overbetting all streets a TON and just abusing everyone and generaly TOO active. But no real stats. What do you think? Love it? Hate it? I know preflop is iffy, but I didn't call solely for set value.

If he is squeezing enough that calling the 3-bet is good then I would 3-bet or fold the first time it got to me.

Once you've decided that you're going to play the pot on the flop, wouldn't it be better to c/rai on the flop? If you're c/cing to reevaluate the turn and for pot control, you force some unnecessary pressure on yourself because you've already put in so much of your money that you're committed to the pot.

yeah i think i prefer raising the flop
but if you don't mind calling off your stack here then it's not bad.

Looks fine to me. Check-raising flop has some merit but just calling him down is better, imo. Given your read on the guy, once you call the flop you have to call the river, folding to his river bet would've been pretty gross. Your hand being face up doesn't work against you in this instance.
